100% Genuine Elvie by Alexander McQueen This bag has been used twice and is immaculate. It was bought for me at a high end retailer in the USA and still has the price tag attached ($1495.00). It is a very reluctant sale of a most beautiful haute couture piece but sadly my lifestyle is far more muck and wellies!! I cannot justify it sitting in my wardrobe, all lonely forever. The bag has featured heavily in programmes such as Sex and the City and is often seen adorning the arms of the famous. I believe the beautiful patent expresso brown leather is one of the very rarest and certainly one of the easiest colours to wear. The hardware is in silver, and the handle and clasp strap are in matching pucca leather. I have been honest about the condition and have included as many photographs as I can. I cannot find any scratches or imperfections and the photos were taken outside in daylight. I cannot see any reason that a return should be necessary but if all costs were met, I would be willing as long as the reason was 100% genuine – so no timewasters please. Stunning design classic from the late Alexander McQueen. I have cherished and looked after this bag since I purchased it from Selfridges in 2010. It has been very lightly used, but is virtually as new condition. The last photo does show two small black marks on the bottom of the bag – obviously from where I have put it down on the floor.The bag has a stylish vintage look with the gold coloured frame. The Elvie Frame bag looks adorable in green. A vintage-inspired shape with modern pleating and shiny appeal. Reason for sale: I have far too many clothes/shoes handbags and am having a clear out.
